It all started when…

They were high school sweethearts. Although Wayland taught Allison to ski at age 14, she didn't ski again until they reunited 23 years later. Then is was off to the races! And/or the slalom courses!

They got married, blended their children in to "The Arnold Bunch" and started hitting the lake again every chance they could. He's a master slalom skier, barefoot skier, an incredible teacher of the sport, a devoted Dad/Grandpa and a master craftsmen with canvas and upholstery. She is an excellent skier, successful businesswoman, saavy marketeer, Mom/Grandma and runs their business like a well oiled machine! Plus they're the most down to earth, nicest folks you'd ever want to meet.

Around 2013, Wayland left his stellar career at Nashville Tent & Awning to start Arnold Marine Canvas & Upholstery. A perfect blend of his working experience and his love of the lake. A couple of years later, Allison left her corporate advertising position to join Wayland in the new family business! And as they say, the rest is history!
